LCD Settlement Information
The New York Attorney General reached a $1.1 billion multi-state settlement with ten major technology corporations charged with illegally conspiring to boost prices for liquid crystal display (LCD) flat panel screens used in televisions, computer monitors, and notebook computers. If you bought a television, computer monitor, or notebook computer that contained an LCD flat panel screen between January 1, 1999 and December 31, 2006, you may be eligible to recover money under the settlement.
To potentially recover money under the settlement, you must file a claim by December 6, 2012.
