File a complaint

If you wish to make a complaint to OAG, please use our online complaint form or call 1-800-771-7755. 

If you are coming in for another reason, please schedule your visit in advance with OAG staff at the location you plan to visit:

  • one of our regional office locations  
  • one of our locations to serve papers on OAG

Some of our locations require identification to enter the building, so please have your driver’s license, passport, or other government identification with you. 

  • Masks are welcome but not required in OAG offices. If you have symptoms of a respiratory infection, please reschedule your visit.  
  • No firearms are allowed other than by law enforcement personnel working in their official capacity.
