You are welcome to visit an office location of the Office of the New York State Attorney General (OAG).

If you wish to make a complaint to OAG, please use our online complaint form or call 1-800-771-7755.
If you are coming in for another reason, please schedule your visit in advance with OAG staff at the location you plan to visit:

Some of our locations require identification to enter the building, so please have your driver’s license, passport, or other government identification with you.
- Masks are welcome but not required in OAG offices. If you have symptoms of a respiratory infection, please reschedule your visit.
- No firearms are allowed other than by law enforcement personnel working in their official capacity.
