The New York Attorney General's Medicaid Fraud Control Unit investigates and prosecutes individuals and companies responsible for improper or fraudulent Medicaid billing schemes.

If you suspect a provider is engaging in Medicaid fraud, please provide as much information and detail as possible. If you have a complaint regarding a health care or insurance provider that does not involve Medicaid, please file a complaint through our health care complaint form.
