Investigation into the death of Mark Beilby
OSI is currently conducting an investigation into the death of Mark Beilby, Jr., who died on December 22, 2021 following an encounter with a member of the New York State Police (NYSP) in Otsego County. OSI has released video from a body-worn camera that a trooper was equipped with during the incident.
