Fundraising professionals

Fundraising professionals are required by law to register annually and file fundraising contracts with the Office of the New York State Attorney General. In addition, depending on the nature of the fundraising professionals' activities, they may have to file financial reports as well. Below are forms and instructions on how to properly register with the Office of the New York State Attorney General's Charities Bureau, a description of the filing requirements, and an explanation of which rules the fundraisers must comply with.
