Search terms of service reports from social media companies

Under New York’s Stop Hiding Hate Act (S895B/A6789B), any social media platform with users in New York state that generates more than $100 million in gross revenues per year must submit reports to the Office of the New York State Attorney General. 

• These reports must include specific details about the platform’s terms of service, which are its policies and practices for user content.
• Each platform must submit these reports to OAG twice per year.
