Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) Police, Port Authority Police Department

Complaints about the MTA or Port Authority of NY & NJ police departments are under the jurisdiction of the respective Inspectors General.

You may file a complaint with the Office of the MTA Insp​ector General through the agency’s online form, in person at any command, or through the MTAPD IAB hotline at 1-212-878-1278.

Report misconduct by the PAPD by downloading and completing a complaint form, in person at the central police desk or any police command, through email at InspectorGeneral@panynj.gov or by calling 1-973-565-4340.
