Investigation into the Death of Irene McIntyre
OSI is currently conducting an investigation into the death of Irene McIntyre, who died on April 12, 2026 following an encounter with members of the New York State Police (NYSP) in LaFayette, Onondaga County. OSI has released footage from body-worn cameras that troopers were equipped with during the incident.
