Investigation into the death of Damon Louther
OSI is currently conducting an investigation into the death of Damon Louther, who died on May 13, 2025 following an encounter with members of the New York City Police Department (NYPD) in Brooklyn. OSI has released footage from body-worn cameras that officers were equipped with during the incident.
