Investigation into the death of Gary Worthy
OSI is currently conducting an investigation into the death of Gary Worthy, who died on November 19, 2024 following an encounter with members of the New York City Police Department (NYPD) in Queens. OSI has released videos from two nearby security cameras that captured the incident.
