Gregory Kase Released Footage

OSI is currently conducting an investigation into the death of Gregory Kase, who died on August 9, 2026 following an encounter with members of the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) in Henrietta, Monroe County. OSI has released footage from body-worn cameras that deputies were equipped with during the incident.
