OSI is currently conducting an investigation into the death of Haley Rodriguez, who died on October 4, 2026 following an encounter with a member of the Town of Gates Police Department (GPD) in Gates, Monroe County. OSI has released footage from a body-worn camera the officer was equipped with during the incident.
