Investigation into the death of Jeremy Bennett
OSI is currently conducting an investigation into the death of Jeremy Bennett, who died on September 21, 2024 following an encounter with members of the Nassau County Police Department (NCPD) in Massapequa on September 20, 2024. OSI has released videos from body-worn cameras that officers were equipped with during the incident.
