Lucien Colon Released Footage

OSI is currently conducting an investigation into the death of Lucien Colon, who died on April 2, 2026 following an encounter with members of the New York City Police Department (NYPD) in the Bronx. OSI has released footage from a body-worn camera that a detective was equipped with during the incident.
