Investigation into the death of Mamady Cisse
OSI is currently conducting an investigation into the death of Mamady Cisse, who died on September 9, 2023 following an encounter with members of the New York City Police Department (NYPD) in the Bronx. OSI has released a video from a body-worn camera that an officer was equipped with during the incident.
