Investigation into the Death of Royston Bacchus
OSI is currently conducting an investigation into the death of Royston Bacchus, who died on October 5, 2025 following an encounter with members of the New York City Police Department (NYPD) in Brooklyn. OSI has released footage from a body-worn camera that a Lieutenant was equipped with during the incident.
