Physicians - quality of care

Complaints against physicians regarding quality of care should be filed with the NYS Department of Health, Office of Professional Medical Conduct.

Hospitals, diagnostic and treatment centers - quality of care

Complaints regarding quality of care should be filed with the NYS Department of Health, Centralized Hospital Intake Program.

Dentist, other licensed professions - quality of care
